Will anything get posted without my approval?

Not at first. For the first two weeks you approve every review reply before we post it. After that, you can choose to let 4 and 5-star replies post automatically. Reviews of 3 stars or less always wait for you.

Do you send emails for me?

No. The assistant only writes drafts in your inbox. You or your staff review and send them. Automatic replies to simple questions, like hours, are only turned on if you ask for them in writing.

What does the WhatsApp assistant cover today?

Today we set up the free WhatsApp Business app with a greeting message, an away message for busy hours and quick replies for hours, menu, location and catering. These are pre-written answers, not AI conversations. Fully AI-written WhatsApp replies are planned for later, and we'll tell you before anything changes.

What access do you need?
